for some reason, i have a slight obsession with puff sleeves. maybe it's in my head, but I really think they suit many body shapes (of course depending on how the rest of the shirt/dress is fitted.) they just add a wonderful, feminine volume to any top. Also, I think it's one of the few things that women can wear from the time they are born until they are old & gray and it will still remain classic and flattering.
